How many of you just returned from Korea? Maybe some of you would like to share some of your experience there. (Three brothers and sisters share some testimony).

Do you feel happy about the Blessing? It is very important for us, right? I'd like to share about the depth and meaning of the Blessing as much as I can.

Heavenly Fathers ideal was to have Adam and Eve absolutely united with Him. Based on that and true love, Heavenly Father would expand His love. The reason that man was created was to fulfill God's ideal of true love. He needed an object, someone for give and take. The ideal of love comes from give and take between two beings, a subject and an object, it can't happen with just one person. Based on this give and take the ideal would have been realized, but God's desire to substantiate this ideal was not completed because of mans failure. Throughout history, all indemnity has centered upon restoring the ideal relationship between God and man, back to the original intention of God. Man had a responsibility, it could not be fulfilled automatically. Man had to participate in this making of God's ideal. In order to receive from Heavenly Father, the object has to have the quality of love which God wants to have give and take with, otherwise there is no reciprocation between God and man on the ideals of love. The ideal is only attained with the presence of God. For this to happen man had to fulfill something, what was it?

All of the creation was initiated by God, the whole universe. Just as He gave His effort, investing every ounce of Himself, everything to create His vision and ideal, man too has to give everything he has, man has to fully participate in this effort. We like to put emphasis on "my existence", we have strong feelings of self existence, why? Because through investment of our total effort we can obtain the ideals of God. We have to give every ounce of our effort to earn our place to receive Heavenly Fathers love. That is why all of us seek to know ourselves. We must be responsible to obtain the ideals of God. It doesn't matter who you are, what color you are or what race you are, be like God, act, think, like God to receive His ideal.

No matter how miserable reality is we seek the ideal, something intangible. We want to belong to the Garden of Eden before the fall. It is every man and woman's responsibility if they want to receive Heavenly Fathers love. What was that responsibility? To know that we must understand the fall of man. Men and women did not live up to the expectation and will of God. He expected them to obey and to unite but they failed to do so.

Absolutely unite, no matter what, no "maybes" -- unconditionally unite. In order for man and woman to receive from God they must absolutely obey and unite with God, no exception to this rule. The ideal lies in the will of God. We are the part of creation meant to respond to God, so we should be responsible, we can not be on a separate course than God.

The ideal of man rests absolutely on man uniting with God. No matter how tempting anything might be there is no excuse, no exception. We cannot expect to say" Just forgive me because this and that happened and I could not resist". As a man you cannot put conditions on the will of God, that is where the fall lies, men and women put their conditions on Gods love.

We were given the blessing to participate in fulfilling true love. Who screwed up? Not Heavenly Father, but men and women, the fault lies in you. How can we restore this fall?

The reason God is trying to save man is the fulfillment of His ideal. That is why this fallen mind can even think and dream of going back to the ideal and receiving God's love. The object must be worthy to receive God's love. This years motto is the Unification of Korea. It is a very specific motto, last year it was the fatherland. The fatherland can be anywhere. How can Father claim this? On what grounds is he thinking of unifying Korea, does anyone know?

Father has directed a mobilization of 7000 members to Korea, why is this happening? What does the Blessing of 36 couples stand for? If Adam and Eve fulfilled, they would have been true parents, multiplying to a larger level. Since this was not substantiated the second Adam and Eve had to come. At the time of Jesus, the tribal level, if his family would have united, Jesus would have chosen a true mother, and would have substantiated on a tribal level. To see the necessity of unity between North and South Korea we have to look at the significance of the division of the Northern and Southern Kingdoms. Through Elijah, God wanted to cleanse the divided Kingdoms. The ten tribes of the north were worshippers of Baal. Elijah brought fire from heaven and burned all the idols of Baal in the north. Based on that in the future Israel would be able to prepare for the coming of the Messiah.

Because Abraham failed in making the symbolic offering, his responsibility was passed onto Jacob, the son in the Abel position. Through him, preparation to receive the Messiah was made. Jacob was the one who went to Haran and for twenty one years worked to win conditions set by Satan.

Jacob's son Joseph became the next central figure. He was sold by his brothers. Their relationship was not so good because of the dreams he had, they made his brothers jealous. One day they decided to murder him, but Judah said that they should sell him into slavery instead. He was sold into slavery in Egypt where he later went to prison and was called to translate dreams. Finally he became the prime minister. The course of Joseph was the model for Jesus because he became prime minister at age thirty, uniting his tribe. He could have become king, restoring everything and uniting the world.

If Elijah had wiped out all the worshippers of Baal, he would have created the national foundation to receive the Messiah. It then would have been much easier for Gods will to be accomplished. But there were still 7000 priests of Baal living. Elijah failed because God had told him to wipe them all out. Since he failed at this point, he had to return later to work through John the Baptist.

The reason for the mobilization of 7000 members to Korea is to restore this historical failure, to enable north and south to unite. The 36 to the 6000 couples Blessings have belonged to that era. The significance of Kook Jin Nim's Blessing and the Blessing of the 72 couples of the second generation is to substantially construct Heavenly Fathers nation. We need ideal representation of Heavenly Fathers family, tribe and nation. The second generation is the fruit and essence of the ideal reciprocation. If Adam and Eve fulfilled, their children would have been Blessed, created an ideal tribe and would have spread and multiplied, creating an ideal world. The significance of the second generation blessing is that they are the seed of blessing. They have been cultivated to the point where they can receive the Blessing and create ideal tribes. Without propagating this ideal course you cannot erect the ideal nation. The reason Jesus had twelve disciples, was to symbolize children, seventy two apostles symbolize the tribe and later 120 at the time of Pentecost signify the national foundation.

If there had been unity between Joseph and Zachariah, Jesus would have moved ahead quickly. John the Baptist's responsibility was to cleanse the culture, and unite those worshipping idols with the Jews.

Centering upon True Parents family, my brothers matching,and the seventy two Blessed couples, you were Blessed-- couples from all over the world. All colors, all races will create the ideal nation. The lineage comes from one absolute couple. [Missed some text here as pen ran out of ink]. That is the significance of the mobilization of 7000 members. We need 7000 heavenly representatives in order to fulfill this national foundation. Many of you are excited about the present time. Father is going through much suffering because of failures. Father had to make all preparations. He had to take on the burden and indemnify all failures himself.

How many of you are truly learning Korean? (About half of the members raised their hands.) I'm sorry that English is not my first language. If you truly value the principle and understand its content, at least all of you should raise your hands. I do not care how well you speak, at least raise your hand.

Another thing that bothered me, there were so many blessing candidates that came from broken blessings especially among western members. Father was not pleased. If you cannot treasure the value of the Blessing from God where is your value? Lets get one thing clear, how many of you truly value the Blessing? How come so many were broken? Think of that.

Father has sacrificed his life, his body and mind to give you this kind of blessing. It did not happen whimsically. He has been victorious. He did not falter. Do you think his victory was easy? How many of you went to prison? How many of you were tortured? How many of you have had nothing to eat except scraps left for the dogs? If we so called Unification Church members do not see the significance of the Blessing, no one can. If you cannot solve the problem between just one man and one woman, how can you solve the problems of the world?

All of us want something in our lives. We want joy and happiness, the essence is receiving joy and happiness. How does that come? Through reciprocating with some object. What is ideal give and take? Does it center upon wealth? Power? Authority? Or love? What is love, how does it come about? Love blossoms when one gives oneself for the sake of love, living for something greater than yourself. In the relationship between man and woman their main objective should be to live for the sake of their families. If you give everything for the sake of your mate, your mate receives love.

In this world people want others to give everything to them. Especially with their sexual partners, they want the other person to give everything and make them feel good. One man might think "If this woman does not do what I want her to do I can go find another one". What is your main object when you start your family? Your greater value lies in your family. I hear people saying "My husband and I are total opposites, we are too different, extreme opposites, we cannot exist together". I say "So what? Men and women are total opposites".

Lets say that one couple has been struggling for six years. They tried but could not unite. Then one day the husband sees a beautiful woman walk by and he discovers that she is perfect for him, she can fill all his needs and he can fill all of hers, so they go off together. Is this a happy ending, will they live happily ever after?

If you are blessed your main ideal is to fulfill a blessed family. Try to fulfill with the heart Father has always been showing you. I do not care what your problem is.

In North Korea, if you go against Kim Il Sung, disagree with his teachings or want to do things your own way, you are dead, you will be killed. With Fathers way, even if you give up on Father, quit your blessing, even if you spit on him, would Father try to kill you? No, he has forgiven even the worst of his enemies.

America is a significant Christian nation, like the second Israelites, because of the good foundation that this country was founded on. If, in 1945, the United States, Great Britain and France would have united with Father, worldwide restoration would have happened very quickly. Korea, the United States, everybody has failed. Because of this Father has prepared a providential foundation.

After Great Britain failed, Heavenly Father had to choose Japan as the Eve nation. It is the biggest enemy of Korea, there is only hatred between many Japanese and Korean people, even now. The Japanese always thought that the Koreans were even lower than the animals. Heavenly Father always has to choose opposites. Germany was chosen as Cain, because America and Germany are completely different. The reason that Father recently blessed the Korean and Japanese couples is to unite the Adam and Eve nations, upon that we can substantialize the ideal nation. In the 72 couples, Father stuck Mr. Kamiyama's daughter in, resolving the past, uniting these nations to create the ideal nation. Korea represents the origin of nations like Adam. Through Adam, God will propagate His love to the rest of the world. Other nations can come back to God through the substantial reunification of Korea. Without restoration of Korea, Heavenly Father cannot fulfill.

Many things are happening in Korea, they are opening up. There is talk of a unifying election. It is not unrealistic. There are many things that I cannot say until it happens. I'd like to trust everyone here but like the Molko case, people have failed in the past. People call themselves members, then turn around and sue, saying that they were manipulated and brainwashed. The most troubling thing is that the court is allowing this to go on, supporting the deprogrammers. You have to be strong and live up to your commitment. It is an oriental saying that even the tiger leaves something behind when it dies, it leaves its skin. How much more a man should do!

Maybe it is because it is getting closer to 1990, every time I speak to you I push you about learning Korean. Every time I speak in English I lose all my energy, its strange. In Korean I can go on for hours. English drains me. If you understand Korean the depth of Fathers speech is incredible, every word has incredible meaning. I understand Fathers heart completely. When I see you sitting here with so many different thoughts lingering about your mind, it makes me so angry. You need to understand his heart, more importantly you need to understand principle. Father asked you to learn Korean five or six years ago. Everyone is just busy with their families, you forgot your providential responsibility. How many people are in the New York area? If 1000 people made $100 a week for the church, that would be $100,000.Dr. Durst came to Father to report this court case. Even though we are using our own members as legal staff, it is still costing $30,000 each month to sustain this legal fight. My Father has done everything for America. He educated 7000 clergy, we have all the necessary foundation to work. The least we can do is maintain the church.

When the Washington Times first started it was costing $80 million . How much do you think you donated? None. All of it came from Japan and Korea, and even now Father has to give money to maintain the American Unification Church. That amount has to go down, these are only insignificant examples of the suffering and toils of Father.

You have to do everything that Father tells you to do. I was excited about my recordings, I felt like it was something that I could do for Father. He told me not to distribute the tapes in Korea. That is okay, maybe it will never even happen in my lifetime, but it is okay. I wanted to generate something for Father but Father does not want me to be known as an entertainer. I said fine, whatever you wish.

The ideal attitude of children is that it does not matter what I think, only what Father thinks. We should reciprocate. Everything we are and have came from the unity of Father and Mother. You have to do something in order to receive. Your responsibility is not just to prosper with your family, you are responsible to the providence, Gods will comes first. Create the ideal world, that is living for your children. Only some are giving this effort, that will not work, everybody has to do it. As horizontal true love grows (True Parents), the vertical true love (God) will grow more and more. Heavenly Father can match what we have. He is waiting for the object to reciprocate His true love and ideal. We want to receive love quickly, we do not want to prolong this anymore. Do not create a fluctuating line of faith, but a straight line, so that there will be a ninety degree angle created between the horizontal love of True Parents and the vertical love of God. Because our horizontal line wavers, Heavenly Father has to follow our conditions to keep that ninety degree angle. It should be the other way around, we have to follow Gods ideal. Keep that horizontal line completely straight. Only upon this ideal foundation can you have a holistic joy. If you have a wavering line there is lots of conflict, problems and unnecessary feelings. When there is a model UC member, he can go directly to True Parents. It is up to you. You must understand the Principle and fulfill it. There is one principle formula and everyone has to follow it, no exceptions. As much as there are changing things in the world there are unchanging things. When things meet their final subject all will be able to come together. Only mans spirit and original mind will live forever and become unchanging. Then you can truly rejoice and appreciate.

I will always repent as long as I am breathing. Living with True Parents every day is a learning experience. You can never say you completely understand love. When I expect one thing, Father gives me another. I get confused, I do not understand. I think "What did I do wrong?" So I stop and contain myself and say "I know the principle, I know what my relationship with Father should be, so even though I do not understand now, I will contain myself". Later, I can realize that I was getting too emotional, and I can see what Father was doing. I just have to stop in the moment and follow principle.

God only wants a horizontal foundation, that is the only way he can reciprocate.

When a baby is small, the parent is the servant. If the baby cries because it is hungry, you run to feed it, then you run to change the diapers. Until the child grows and becomes aware of what is going on around him, the parents have to take total responsibility, giving everything for the sake of the child. When the child grows to the point of taking responsibility he has to follow the principle course.

With everything I say I am trying to plead with you to understand and follow principle. Please have a set of values absolutely in union with True Parents value. Then you can separate good and evil, without having this value, please do not make any judgments. They will not be correct, but will only be based on fallen values. It is a problem without the right set of values.

Visiting Father at Danbury was my first experience seeing Father in prison. He stunk because he could not wash. He did not want to show his body to other people. He respects his body as Gods body, not everyone can come close to him. The way those people treated my Father! I hated them! He never hurt anyone, he was only trying to help people. It was your negligence. We were trying to comfort him but he was comforting us. All those selfish, arrogant inmates came to respect him, do you think that happened easily? It was only because Father loved them and served them.

The one thing that makes me angriest is the so called UC members who use and manipulate forgiveness for their own selfish purpose.

The time is coming for a lot of things to be happening but I can not say it until Father says it first.

China has one and a half billion people, that is one quarter of the world's population. If they can unite with Father then there is no problem. Father has all the technology to offer them. Father has always stressed mutual technological sharing. They are opening up from Marxism because their country faces economic disaster.

You know what outcome will result if you follow principle and fulfill your responsibility. You think we can get by with less effort than people outside? From now on, no more excuses. If we can all fulfill then I can just come out here and sing and that will be Sunday service! Every day can be a celebration.

Tradition is a way to link everyone together to the whole, it is a connection. Father has proclaimed the age of tribal messiahship. You had better be worthy of that. Do not try to just reason with your rational mind. Do not just stand there with your head, do you think you could do what Father has done?

As soon as I graduate I will follow Father to Korea. All of Fathers children will go to Korea, can you take care of yourselves?

From now on I want our meetings to be closer, we can do that right? I do not like to yell and scold, just ask the second generation, they spend a lot of time with me and I am not like that.[One sister asks Hyo Jin Nim to sing a song for us. He mentions a song he has just learned that is a favorite of Mothers. Soon after beginning he stops with too many tears. Then laughing he says. . . ]

You guys shouldn't do that to me. [Then asks brothers and sisters to pledge their support to True Parents].
